Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
CareCredit

ScratchPay

Deposit Policy
- New Clients - $60.00
- Double Appointments - $120.00
- Triple Appointments - $180.00
All appointment deposits cover the cost of the exam(s). Double and triple appointment deposits are required for all clients.
- Surgical or Dental Procedures - 50% of all surgical or dental procedure estimates are required at the time of booking.
Deposits will be applied to the client's account as a credit. Then deposits will be applied to the total charges once the appointment is completed. Deposits are refundable with at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Otherwise, funds are forfeited.
Late Arrival Policy
Please note if a client is more than 10 minutes late for their appointment we may ask them to reschedule. We appreciate your understanding.
